Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers standard and clean rooms, though in need of reform for an acoustic improvement. The service is professional and helpful, with friendly staff. The location is decent with easy metro access, but lacks staff during busy times. Dining options are good but may lack a premium feel. Overall, a value-for-money option with minor room noise issues.
I won't stay at this hotel again. The rooms are in a sad state, from the lack of AC to the little bed that felt like it would collapse, along with the dirty stained carpet and mold smell. The location, despite being on a major road, is nice and quiet. However, the overall experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't choose this hotel for my future trips to Madrid.
I had a great night's sleep in the quiet rooms, although a lighter color scheme could make the atmosphere more welcoming. I appreciated the high-quality towels and toiletries provided. However, the suggestion of taking a taxi to the airport right away was not very helpful, considering public transport was easy to access, especially on weekends.
